Client Mission

BesserTrim approached us to launch a brand new grass cutter on the market that was unique to anything that had gone before it. This small but mighty bit of kit (a 4mm cable reinforced line of nylon) had to be launched in a way that the B2B sector would sit up and take notice. This is a low-interest category that could not afford a low-interest campaign.

A fully integrated campaign, from brand strategy and ID through to execution of website, e-mailers, trade support and promotional video. We launched the DECIMATOR with conviction and with full marketing mix battle armour.

Our campaign played on the relationship that men have with power tools. They become as strong and as powerful as the machines that they operate, even to the point of becoming a new person and having a secret joy of operating them. The DECIMATOR was born!
